Five favourite people:

1.      My best friend, Tina.  We’ve been best friends for 30 years now.

3.      My cousin Otto – I rarely see him anymore, but he’s still one of my favouritest people

5.      Both my parents and my husband’s parents - although my husband's father has passed away

Five favourite foods:

1.      Chocolate – it’s a food group all on its own

2.      Macaroni and cheese (particularly the mac ‘n cheese I make)

3.      Potatoes – in any shape of form, baked, fried, boiled, hot or cold

4.      Chicken salad – the mayonnaise-y one, or the smoked chicken salad, love ‘em both

Five things that make life easier for me

1.      Reading – when life gets too much for me I can crawl into a book and forget about the hard things for a bit

2.      Meal planning

3.      Doing laundry only once a week
